Anne Hamilton and Nikolay Georgiev are Scottish based artists who work with photography, sculpture, painting and installation.

Our work explores themes of the natural world, psychology, philosophy and the nature of light.

Projects are usually structured using drawings, 3D manipulations, experimental photography and repetitive activity while knowing that the element of chance in working methods will create unpredictable and complex results.

We have created artworks in ceramic, glass, concrete, wood and metal that explore new artistic languages surrounding the subject of the environment. We collaborate with other visual artists, poets and musicians amongst others to visualise aspects of our shared environment from alternative perspectives. It is important for us to engage with the local community and the audience to create artworks that embody ideas and values.
